Justin joined the company 17 years ago and his key responsibilities are overseeing one of two drainage teams and the management of a broad range of ongoing client projects.

"I believe in a hands-on approach," says Justin, "and this involves working very closely with both our clients and the drainage teams to ensure we deliver on time and with maximum efficiency. I make it my business to know what is going on at every stage of each project, from the smallest ditch maintenance job, to more complex multi-million pound schemes."

Justin is also keen to invest in the success of William Morfoot Ltd by bringing more machinery into the fleet. "With the company expanding so rapidly we need to bring in a third drainer to meet customer demand. It will ensure that we deliver on time, every time. In addition it means we can undertake more work outside East Anglia and offer our clients greater flexibility."

When he's not working, Justin is a keen rugby player and enjoys golf and clay shooting.
